As well as NBF hosting a unique social enterprise within Solihulll we also work and partner with a number of other organisations in developing an outdoor education program. NBF working in partnership with On Track were the first in Solihull to have a Forest School scheme running from the farm site. There are now over 8 sites in and around Solihull borough for Forest Schools with NBF being the flagship site. Forest Schools is a unique experience for children as it enables them to learn and develop through playing in an outdoor environment and gives them opportunities to actively have control over what and how they learn. Forest Schools is a nationwide scheme that is growing in popularity as it has been proven to be a very effective way of helping children of all ages to engage in education in a more proactive way.
